Model horses are addictive. Once you start you can't stop at one. But who collects them and how did it all start?
WHAT KIND OF MODEL HORSES?
Model horses are made from various materials including plastic (cellulose acetate), china and resin. They also come in a range of sizes, or 'scales'. The array of breeds and colours is almost endless.
WHERE CAN I GET THEM?
The market for model horses is an international one and it is possible to buy them, sell them and trade them locally, nationally and from around the world
